Kho Kho, a traditional Indian sport, is a game of speed, agility, and strategy, played between two teams of 12 players each, though only 9 players from each team are active on the field at any given time. The game is usually played on a rectangular field, 29 meters long and 16 meters wide, divided into two halves. The central line runs through the middle, with 8 wooden or metal poles positioned along this line, equally spaced. These poles play a crucial role in the game, aiding players in dodging, turning, and maneuvering during play. Here Is the list of basic kho kho rules and regulation.
