2. Roll Maps Intelligently
Map modifiers increase item quantity, pack size, and difficulty. Learning how to craft your maps correctly saves time and boosts rewards.

White Maps (T1–T5): Use Orbs of Transmutation + Alteration or POE currency just run them white if you’re progressing.

Yellow Maps (T6–T10): Use Alchemy Orbs for rare status; consider Chaos Orbs to reroll bad ones.

Red Maps (T11–T16+): Always use Alchemy + Vaal Orbs. Use Scour + Alch + Vaal until you get optimal combinations.

Avoid Dangerous Mods for Your Build:

Reflect (elemental/physical)

No regen

Reduced cooldown recovery (hurts traps/totems)

Temporal Chains or Hexproof (curse builds)

Reroll maps that feel dangerous, especially in Hardcore or POE 2 Currency high-XP farming routes.
