Just started Cardarine (GW501516) at 10 mg/day to help with cutting and improve endurance. Only 2 weeks in and I already notice cardio feels easier, especially during fasted AM runs.
No sides so far, but I’ve read mixed things:
Some say it's great for endurance and fat loss
Others warn about potential cancer risk in long-term animal studies
Anyone here used it for a full 8–12 weeks? Worth the risk for a serious cut? Any noticeable fat loss or improved stamina in real training?
